FestivalSouth will open its 13th season with a FestivalFavorite, the Hub City Players, presenting the Tony and Olivier Award-winner, The Play That Goes Wrong. From the producer of Avenue Q and Something Rotten! and producer J.J. Abrams (who we can only assume lost a bet), this hilarious comedy is a hybrid of Monty Python and Sherlock Holmes. The play invites the audience to the opening night of The Murder at Haversham Manor where things are quickly going from bad to utterly disastrous. With an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that cant play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines), its A riotous explosion of comedy!
