Wynwood Prime offers you a unique event space located in the heart of Miami’s Art District. As a well thoughtfully planned out flex space, we can adapt the venue to fit everything from intimate gatherings to large events. Wynwood Prime is located steps away from the center of the highest density of pedestrian foot traffic that brings people from around the world to visit Wynwood’s colorful streets to see the art and culture that it is internationally famous for. Wynwood Prime offers a flex space warehouse made up of two 5,000 square foot spaces with 15 feet high ceilings reinforced by beams and a 4,000 square foot terrace in front of the warehouse to create your event. One of the highlights of this venue is three different spaces which can be booked separately or together.
