Win within operates in beautiful historic building revitalized into a performance academy. With approximately 7000 sq. ft., we service the community with programs that provide employment, wellness and social skills training that are relevant the "Information Age" skills set.

Win Within provides a space that nourishes the individual to uplift and empower themselves. Our showcases gives a platform for artist and performers a supportive community and an alternative to traditional venues. Win Within offers job training, skills development, and technology education to increase employment or entrepreneurship and provides the community with a technology enhanced workforce. Cultivation of the creative process is engaged with our arts program which vary from music, dance, digital media and creative writing.
