Von Ebert is owned and operated by Tom Cook, Dennis January, Eric Simko and Tom S. Cook. Tom S Cook, “Von Ebert Brewing was named after my Great Grandmother Ebert. She was the guiding force to my immigrant family when they came over from Germany to the United States in the early 1900’s. The family name Von Ebert translates to “of the house of Ebert. As Ebert roughly translates to boar in German our theme was born.
