The original Sundance Saloon opened its doors in an old dilapidated, wooden building with a corrugated steel roof. It was purchased and remodeled by a couple of gentlemen from California by the name of James and Nick. They had a very extreme vision to make the Sundance Saloon a one of a kind local Restaurant, Bar, and Dance Hall. Many of the residences and friends that were located in the same area as the Sundance Saloon told James and Nick that they were just going to be wasting their time and money; but that didn't stop these two brothers from moving forward and making their vision an extreme reality.

These two brothers purchased the property and went right to work. Back then advertisement was not as easy and accessible as it is today, so they stuck to the old fashion way of advertising their Saloon by printing up flyers and started their journey to get the word out.
