The Root Cellar is a brand new music venue and bar in Greenfield designed to bring the best of the Valley to our community, celebrating everything local: from musicians, artists, brewers, distillers, farmers and artists. We are creating an atmosphere that can provide a sweaty dance party one night, a mellow acoustic set another, and also be the place you stop in for a local brew or a herbal infused cocktail with friends. The Root Cellar is the brain child of a musician and a farmer and is fueled by a love of homemade, down-home fun – we are hoping to bring this positive spirit to Greenfield in an inexpensive, unpretentious way that makes everyone feel welcome. With plenty of space for you to dance, a top-of-the-line sound system, room on stage for bands to do their thing, and experienced sound professionals, The Root Cellar strives to be the Pioneer Valley venue where the quality of your music experience takes center stage.
