Food producer. The Plant is a collaborative community of small food businesses located in a renovated meatpacking facility. It is primarily a food production facility and thus not generally open to the public. Public tours take place at 2pm every Sunday and Whiner Beer Co.'s taproom is open to the public Thurs.-Sun.
