The Pearl is a product of a bartender and a dream. Former Starlight bartender, Blake Collins,came back to Ellensburg to continue the tradition started by Doris. Looking to bring a fresh perspective on the dining experience in our community. Lacy Bender is the Executive Chef, determined to blow the minds of everyone who steps inside.
