The Loft is a performance lounge located on the University of California, San Diego’s campus in La Jolla, California. The Loft at UCSD is a new addition to the east wing of the campus’ student center, formally known as the Price Center. With trendy furnishings and a modern design, The Loft at UCSD La Jolla was built with emerging art and pop culture in mind. La Jolla’s The Loft opened in spring of 2008 and has since become a major center for artistic innovations and experiences. At The Loft La Jolla, the creative possibilities are endless! The Loft schedule hosts an array of video presentations, interactive activities and artistic performances. The Loft schedule features a mix of local, national and international artists as well as work from the campus’ very own students. In addition, the performance line up on The Loft schedule can easily be found mashing up global pop, rock n’ roll, underground comedy acts, hit DJ’s and more.
