Coined a 'Triple Threat' for music, food and bar, The Hollow Bar + Kitchen is locally-owned in historic Downtown Albany, established in 2013. Our kitchen has been recognized for our approach to New American cuisine, churning out two 'Rising Star Chef' winners in 2020 + 2016 and a 2018 'Top Ten Finalist' for the Albany Chef's Food & Wine Festival, Wine & Dine for the Arts. Musically, The Hollow has been known as a 'stop-on-the-way-to-the-top’ for gifted artists. Our iconic + intimate venue came in 1st place, over legendary giant, SPAC, for ‘Best Concert Venue,’ 2018 Best of Reader’s Poll, The Alt Weekly.
