Once owned by the Oscar Winning Actor, Writer, Director, Producer, Mel Brooks and his wife, Oscar Winner, Anne Bancroft (Known for the Film's, The Miracle Worker -1962, and The Graduate - 1967), Until purchased in 1996 by Entrepreneur Gloria Leòn Movie theater showing indie & short films named a designated historic landmark in 2010.
