The beautiful and acoustically renowned auditorium nestled in the heart of the Torrey Pines Mesa on the La Jolla campus of Scripps Research offers performing arts and educational organizations a premier venue for their events. Award-winning architects Tod Williams and Billie Tsien, who also laid out the Obama Presidential Library in Chicago, designed the building. The interior was engineered by Cyril Harris, an acoustics expert and consultant to elite halls across the country, including the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Today, our plush 350-seat auditorium invites audiences to enjoy riveting presentations of all kinds.
