Venue Information

The Auburn is a recent addition to the ever-changing Midtown. Built in 2012, there are 58 total units within the building (54 1-bedroom units and 4 studio units). Second floor units have concrete flooring and third floor units have bamboo flooring. Apartments come with all appliances other than a microwave (washer/dryers are included). Located on the heart of Midtown, The Auburn is close to cultural venues, restaurants, shopping, WSU, and the Q-line. Within the building, there are 3 social gathering spaces (the lobby, the north porch and south porch with an attached community room).
