Built in 1913 and surrounded by restaurants and shops, this historic hotel is the city's oldest hotel; it's a 6-minute walk from the Mt. Roberts Tramway and 12.6 miles from the Mendenhall Glacier. The low-key rooms feature no-frills decor, and come with quaint, antique details and private bathrooms. Some rooms have TVs and/or kitchenettes, and shared bathrooms, while suites add full kitchens.
