Spats Restaurant is an Appleton Landmark.  The historic building  dates back to the early 1920's as an establishment folks liked to come and mingle in.  (Prohibition?) The service is great and the food superb!  Spats was built in 1922 offering the ultimate in local fare and flare.  Our menu boasts the most delicious food sourced from local family businesses such as Manderfields Family Bakery, Acoca Coffee, Stone Arch Brewery, Navarino Elk Ranch and Jacobs Meat Market.  Many of our regular customers as well as first timers have said, "It feels like Cheers when you walk in here, everyone is so friendly."  That's because Bill and Julie are happy to have you here.  "We know you have many options on where to dine and drink in the Fox Valley and when you choose Spats we are going to treat you like our own family,"
