Sketchbook Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by homebrewers Cesar Marron and Shawn Decker. Born in an alley, Sketchbooks first taproom opened in Evanston in 2016. After several expansions a second Brewery and Taproom opened in Skokie in 2020.
