Venue Information
The Seward Park Audubon Center provides free and low-cost science and nature programs and conservation opportunities to schools and the community. Located in a renovated 1927 Tudor-style house at the entrance to Seward Park, the Seward Park Audubon Center is a partnership between Audubon and the City of Seattle, Department of Parks & Recreation. We raise all of the funds for our programs, thanks to our community’s support. With over 420 local chapters nationwide, 23 state programs, and 43 Centers, Audubon connects people across the country to protect birds and their habitats along the migration flyways of the Americas.
The Center’s mission is to inspire diverse audiences to conserve natural ecosystems and build healthy communities for people, birds and other wildlife. We introduce people from all backgrounds to the nature that matters most to them, move them to understanding and caring, and then to conservation action.
