Fraternal organization in Red Bank, New Jersey The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks ( BPOE; also often known as the Elks Lodge or simply The Elks) is a charity-based American fraternal order founded in 1868, originally as a social club in New York City. The Red Bank Elks Lodge #233 is Central Jersey's premiere lodge with an expanding membership, multiple active charitable committees, an event space with breathtaking riverfront views, and top notch entertainment for both members as well as those that are open to the public.
