Pale Horse is a unique 2 level atmosphere with a sensual restaurant & Skybar, a rooftop experience. Skybar is the only rooftop restaurant and bar in New Braunfels and is only 2 miles from Gruene and features a 10 ft tall waterfall water feature on the rooftop! Enjoy the view and lounge in one of our rooftop cabanas while enjoying one of our signature craft cocktails and great food from our kitchen that stays open late. We welcome under 21 until 9 pm every night.
