Shopping mall Mission Valley is a retail complex consisting of a traditional open-air shopping mall owned by Real Capital Solutions, and a power center owned by Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc., in Mission Valley, San Diego. The Mission Valley East was managed by the Dallas-based Centennial. Mission Valley is located right at San Diego’s busiest convergence of freeways (I-15, I-8, I-805, and I-163), residential neighborhoods, commercial offices, Qualcomm Stadium, and the famous hotel area dubbed “Hotel Circle.” This one-stop shopping center has an approachable mix of anchors, big box tenants, cinema, home furnishing, grocer, restaurants, and community amenities. Recent additions to the center include Bloomingdale's The Outlet, Tender Greens, and Yard House.
