In September of 1999, a young man received a vison from God. It was a vision of a church with Jesus as the cornerstone and controlled completely by the Holy Ghost and not the traditions of men. This church would be unified, with no racial or demonstrating barriers. God showed him a church of warriors that would tear down the strongholds of the enemy and bring God's Spirit back to the city of Tampa. While serving as the Young Adult Minister and Intercessory Minister at St. Luke A.M.E, Minister Austin received confirmation from Pastor Hardy that the Young Adult Ministry would be the training grounds for the ministry that had been conceived within Minister Austin, even at that time.
