Metta Earth Institute, Center for Contemplative Ecology, is a non-profit educational retreat center based on an organic farm in the mountains of Lincoln, Vermont. We are dedicated to enhancing contemplative and ecologically sustainable community through the harmonious interface of culture, agriculture, and nature. Metta Earth Institute strives to contribute to the growth of a more sustainable, socially-just, and contemplatively based society by providing educational programs, reskilling workshops,yoga and meditation retreats, hermitage retreats, community gatherings and educational events, and college orientation programs.
