Performing arts theater in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Mandell Theater is home to the Drexel Department of Performing Arts dance, music and theatre programs and performance ensembles. Built in 1973, the 424-seat proscenium theatre serves the University and organizations throughout Philadelphia as a space for a range of special events, lectures, films, concerts, and performances.
