Fraternal organization in Madison, Wisconsin. Madison Elks Lodge #410 is a private organization that has been involved in the Madison community since 1898. The Elks’ Mission in part, is to inculcate the principals of charity, justice, brotherly love, and fidelity. The Elks national organization is the second largest private purveyor of scholastic scholarships in the United States.
