Church in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania The Lord’s New Church which is Nova Hierosolyma is an international Christian church, welcoming all people. Founded in 1937, our churches can be found in eight countries. ​As a branch of the New Church, our beliefs are founded on the Old and New Testaments, and the Theological Writings of Emanuel Swedenborg, which the church sees as the Word of the Third Testament and the fulfillment of the Lord’s Second Coming.
