Venue Information

DISTINCTIVE AND BOLD
To promote the creation and enjoyment of art, in all its many forms. We do this by organizing a yearly community art project, providing free and low-cost access to studio equipment, and a venue for gallery shows and performances.

We occupy the historic "India Block" building in Berkeley, erected in 1903 by James L. Barker. The proceeds of rents on the building were, at the time, used to fund famine relief in India.
