Performing arts center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Heinz Hall is a performing arts center and concert hall located at 600 Penn Avenue in the Cultural District of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Home to the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra, the 2,676 seat hall presents about 200 performances each year. Heinz Hall for the Performing Arts is owned and operated by Pittsburgh Symphony, Inc., a non-profit organization, and is the year-round home of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Heinz Hall is also the cornerstone of the Cultural District of Pittsburgh and hosts many events that do not feature its world-renowned Orchestra.
