Community center in Madison, Wisconsin The Goodman Community Center is a mission-driven organization, serving more than 35,000 people annually ages 3-103. Goodman currently houses a preschool, 4K, afterschool programs for all ages (including countywide Girls Inc.), an alternative high school, an older adult program, food pantry and a fitness center. We also rent our rooms out to individuals, private corporations and community groups on a daily basis. Goodman operates out of two beautifully restored buildings: Ironworks at 149 Waubesa St. and Brassworks just across the street at 214 Waubesa St.
