Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio Gettler Stadium is the home for both the University of Cincinnati women's soccer teams, as well as the men's and women's outdoor track and field teams. In the summer of 2012, the playing surface at Gettler Stadium was replaced with FieldTurf Revolution. The new, top-of-the-line monofilament surface offers the traditional FieldTurf surface, but with more of a soccer blend that incorporates longer and thicker blades of artificial grass compared to those used for football. The facility was renovated following the 2002-03 academic year and was named in recognition of the gift by Ben and Dee Gettler to the Richard E. Lindner Varsity Village.
