Public school in Frisco, Texas Frisco High School is a public high school located in Frisco, Texas and is a part of the Frisco Independent School District. Frisco High School is the only known high school in the United States to have a raccoon as an official mascot. In 2015, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency.
