Boat rental agency in California Hopper Boat Rentals has been an established business at the Channel Islands Harbor for over 20-years and as of April 2019 the business is now under new ownership. The new owners both grew up in Oxnard and are very excited to be part of the Channel Islands Harbor community. Hopper Boat Rentals is a family ran business and would like all to feel welcome and create great memories with family and friends down at the docks.
