Everyone deserves art A full-service nonprofit arts center located along beautiful Carroll Creek Park in historic downtown Frederick, Maryland. The Delaplaine Arts Center features 7 galleries with rotating exhibitions from local and regional artists as well as the Gift Gallery of hand made items. We also offer a wide variety of art classes for adults and youth.
