Venue Information
Cottonwood (English for Alamo), a full bar with superior Texas pub fare and occasional live music, is a collaboration of Sara and Rob Cromie, chef Daniel Ajtai (pron. AY-tie) and developer Harres Exezidis. In 2014, Jake Rainey joined the team as Chief Operating Officer of Cottonwood, Liberty Station and other projects.
The food menu offers tasty comfort food such as the award-winning Squirrel Master Burger, poboys, paninis, fish and shrimp tacos, BBQ oysters and fried boudain balls, all made with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients.
The bar features both unique and well-known craft cocktails and only the finest beer available, including a large number from local/Texas brewers, including 42 beers on tap with two cask-conditioned taps.
