Event venue in Spartanburg, South Carolina Private event center now open in downtown Spartanburg located in the historic Citizens and Southern Bank building. Built in the early 1900's, the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Citizens and Southern Event Center now hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, meetings and social gatherings for up to 160 seated or 300 reception style. Rental rates available by day or half day, inhouse catering available or choose your own licensed caterer. Full alcohol license by C & S will provide beer, wine and liquor options for your events.
