Venue Information

We warmly invite you to join us for worship at Christ Church. Nearly everything you need for the service is in the booklets handed out at each service, though you may be directed to the hymnals for music. If you’re not sure when to stand or sit, or greet your neighbor or pray silently, just do whatever feels most comfortable to you. There’s no correct way to approach the mystery of God’s love. Everyone, even young children, sinners, saints, church-goers, church-skeptics, theological perfectionists, those who find comfort in ambiguity, and the gluten-averse, is invited to receive communion. The altar is God’s table, not ours. Come to the communion rail and stand or kneel as you prefer. To receive the Bread, cup your hands and extend them. To receive Wine, help guide the chalice to you. If you prefer a blessing, come to the altar and cross your arms over your chest. Feel free to assist your children.
