Restaurant. Seattle's first cider bar and the nation's largest independent cider bar. 100% gluten free, seasonal menu. Scratch kitchen. 200+ ciders in bottles and 20 rotating taps, plus 10 taps of craft beer. Four flights daily. Full bar upstairs and down (CURRENTLY CLOSED DOWNSTAIRS DUE TO COVID) featuring craft cocktails. Brunch Saturday and Sunday. Main floor dining room is all ages. Downstairs (currently closed) in The Ballast Bar (21+ only) are shuffleboard tables, a fireplace, cozy booths and a small stage for live art, theatre and music programming some weeknights. Capitol Cider is a Safe Place where all are welcome. Bi-level tavern with a vintage vibe, numerous hard ciders on tap, a gluten-free menu & games.
