The Calder Plaza Building, is a 152,000 square foot Class A building managed by EPM Property Management located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. It is a multi use condominium office building located adjacent to the city's government complex and across the street from Devos Center. The principals of EPM Property Management were the original developers of the Calder Building and for thirty years have been involved in all aspects of its management including facility management, financial reporting and control, financing, leasing and other ownership issues. Few property management firms have hands on experience of development and ownership. The experience of EPM makes us uniquely qualified to assist in the management of comparable properties.
