Rooted in the "yes, and" philosophy of improv, Big Couch contributes high-quality, innovative shows and workshops for a wide variety of creative and comedic endeavors,. Located at the corner of St. Claude Avenue and Desire Street in the Bywater neighborhood, Big Couch is a 4,900 square-foot facility that includes a 75-seat theater, classroom, wall space for art exhibitions, and lounge. Shows including improv, standup, and sketch comedy as well as theater productions, live podcast recordings, and special events.
