Distillery. Great Lakes Distillery is a pioneer craft distillery founded in 2004 and is currently located in the Walker’s Point neighborhood of Milwaukee, WI. We offer guided tours, samples of our spirits, a tasting room serving cocktails, limited food service, and event space. Since our inception we have committed to producing quality spirits using time tested fermentation, distillation, and maturation techniques while using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible to benefit the environment and economy of the state of Wisconsin.
