Event venue in Everett, Washington APEX Art & Culture Center in Everett is the home of the Dogtown Collection, the world's largest collection of graffiti and urban art on canvas. APEX Art & Culture Center is also the home of the American Graffiti & Urban Art Conservation Project, aka the AMGRAF Museum, 16Eleven and Kings Hall music venue. We are currently hosting concerts and MMA fights.
