Performing arts theater in Troy, Ohio The Arbogast Performing Arts Center, a 39,000 square foot performing arts venue located in Troy, Ohio, opened in October 2021. The mission of the APAC is to Create Community in the Greater Miami Valley by offering exciting programming in performing and visual arts.
