Brewery. Big Top Brewing Company is a Sarasota based production brewery, proudly distributed across the state of Florida. Having lived here all our lives, we know the history behind our beautiful town. Typically seen as a tourist destination for beaches, weather, and art, Big Top plans to add world renown beer manufacturing to those well deserved titles.
