CONSCIOUS CRAFT BEER We stay aware of the impacts of the decisions we make, and make choices that aren’t always the most profitable. This begins with conservative water usage and ingredients selection, continues through packaging and ends in a real glass of beer at the bar. We buy ORGANIC base malt to protect our water sources and to protect the farm workers. We’ve focused overwhelmingly on draft beer sold in reusable kegs and served in durable glass to REDUCE waste.
