In 2012, Anna Llanos started baking in an Airstream trailer she had converted into a mobile bakery. Soon, the sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies, muffins, and breads were filling Ridgebury Road and attracting the attention of local residents and businesses. Before long, the Mothership had regular customers stopping daily for their favorite coffee and baked goods. Now, the Mothership has expanded to include a free standing bakery and cafe on Main Street in Danbury, as well as a cafe space inside the Ridgebury Corporate Center. Open year round, we offer many options, including full bakery and catering orders.
