The New Orleans Healing Center is requesting your support for our annual fundraising campaign. NOHC opened in 2011 to uplift the New Orleans community in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. With a mission inspired by the United Nations’ three pillars of sustainable development, we are dedicated to creating a vibrant and harmonious community that honors diversity, strengthens cultural traditions, and promotes creativity. Your generous donation will help to support the Healing Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all of its efforts and events that promote reviving the economy and healing on all levels. Some of these efforts include the Little Free Pantry, Little Free Library, free holiday meals, and free community performances. We offer classes and events such as the Sacred Music Festival, Water Symposium, and Day of the Dead/Fet Gede Celebration. We also maintain multiple partnerships within the community to sustain and grow the seven surrounding neighborhoods.
