Venue Information

During the workout, you will work closely with the lead trainer to progress through the designated workout of the day at your own pace. The lead trainer will be there to guide you through the workout and make any necessary modifications based on any injuries, restrictions or imbalances you may have. Specialty trainers will drop into the workouts to give you additional expert input. You will also work with your fellow members to provide each other support and motivation in a family like environment. You will provide your input and feedback to help the Lead Trainer create a more efficient and effective workout based on your individual needs and goals thusly, creating a Symbiotic relationship between you, your fellow members and us.
