Thai restaurant Imm on H (means “Full” in Thai) was started by Nuttakorn Kettutat, who brought his mother’s and grandmother’s original recipes over from Thailand. Nattakorn’s mother opened the family’s first U.S. restaurant, Lan Khun Ya, (“Grandmother’s restaurant”) in Herndon, VA. After ten years, his mother wanted to step back from operation, so in 2015, Nattakorn took the family recipes to Imm on H in DC. Imm on H represents traditional family Thai recipes combined with modern dishes in a fun atmosphere. Our mission statement is to treat our customers as if they were friends and family sharing a meal in our cozy house. Nuttakorn started Imm on H because he wanted to keep his family recipes going for a new generation, and to give his wife a job!
